What a joyful way to spend a Sunday!
On Sunday 10th May, we welcomed a wonderful group of mini creatives (and their parents) to our Outer Space themed When Alice Sleeps Create Club.
Tables filled quickly, sleeves were rolled up and the colouring and creating fun began…
A big thank you to everyone who came along to join us. You made the morning super special and reminded us exactly why we love creating these sessions. All the care we put into planning, designing the artwork and bringing each event together feels so worthwhile when we see it come to life through you!
We saw:
• Our giant colouring poster brought to life with colour, character, and personality
• Creative masks designed, made and proudly worn
• Beautiful 3D wooden outer space decorations and bookmarks, each uniquely coloured and decorated to take home
• Smiles, concentration, and that wonderful sense of excitement and pride that comes from making something with your own hands
What's Create Club?
When Alice Sleeps CREATE CLUB are relaxed, creative sessions for children (and parents) to step away from screens and phones. Guests are invited to colour in our collaborative colouring poster (each event themed differently) helping to bring the poster to life throughout the session. Guests can also dive into a table full of fun craft activities and make something to take home. Perfect for all the family, you can watch the artwork evolve and take part in the creative process 🙌
That’s why Create Club exists.
It’s a space to:
Slow down
Switch off
Spend real time together
Because sometimes, the best thing you can do is sit down and make something (with yummy cake too).
(Almost) No Phones Allowed :)
We encourage everyone to put phones away and be present.
The only exception?.... taking lots of photos of your little one's creations!
But, don’t forget to tag us @whenalicesleeps when you share them — we love seeing what you’ve made and it’s the perfect way to show others what they missed too.
A big thank you to Caffe Botanico for being such a fantastic host. Their friendly, attentive team always helps create a warm, welcoming space for our sessions.
